While I would have scored the game a bit higher (8.5) I would agree with Chad's assessment of Mario Kart. The one thing that I like is the fact that you can go from worst to first in a short amount of time. If not for that my 8 year old daugher would hate the game.

Unlike Mario Party 8, this is one that I have and will continue to put in time on my own. I have currently unlocked all the 50 cc tracks, and am about half way through the characters (I think). I have done some online racing and am up in my coin total (about 5300'ish) I really am enjoying this game, get online if you can. If anyone has this game and online capabilities, I have posted my friend code. I think it's the right one. Let's race.

You can find that friend code here.

I'm an idiot and posted a comment about Mike's review in my own review.

That may have been the case. Or I may have just messed up. OOPS!

Apparently I need to change my last post and transfer it over to Mike's review.

But Mike doesn't have a review space...so I'll just put it here...
-------------------------------------

Good review Mike, by far the best one you've ever written. I don't just mean grammatically either...all the opinions and whatnot that you brought forth made perfect sense, and explained this game to a T.

I still stand by my statement that the characters do actually vary a lot, and that you almost NEED to pick a certain type of character to beat the 150cc races.

Great review though man, keep it up!
