I didn't start listening to this game until the Preds were already up 3-0 ... and with Dustin's assurence that Howard was starting ... I though he was the reason the cats were already up 3-0. It turns out that it was my pick to start in the playoffs, Osgood, that let in the three goals.
I went back and watched the highlights (if you can call them that) and in the 15 years I've been following hockey ... Babcock did not pull Osgood because of poor play ... he pulled him to send a message to the team.
The defense was playing without energy and they hung Ozzie out to dry on all three goals. Now I'm not trying to defend Ozzie so much as I'm trying to point out how poorly the defense is playing in front of him.
So the question is ... do you think this loss is on Osgood's head or the defense in front of him?

Hey do you remember when the Hasek/Osgood bet was initially made, and the statement was:
"We GET to choose between these two guys."?
Now, the statement is:
"We HAVE to choose between these two guys."
Ugh. Someone had better step up their game.
