I find the most ironic part is that in the end, Nintendo essentially gets paid for selling illegal hardware that has a bunch of pirated games pre-installed. (By the logic that the customers paid the guy, the guy has to pay all the money and more to nintendo)

wow...now THAT is screwed up. he had to pay $25,900 more than he made, do 15 months in prison, and then 3 years of parole officers , and 50 hours community service....
... extreme criminals get off lighter than that!
all because he "preloaded " some games.....as best as i can figure he had to add parts and labor to each NES just so it would have the room to store the 75 games worth of data....no less add some sort of 8 bit operating system to manage the files.
that man deserve a computer science grant, not prison.
its gotta be rough when he gets asked "what'cha in for?".... ...."cuz I'm a pirate.".... .* I don't want to think of what happens next*
