Here I am in sunny Ann Arbor. It's way too friggin hot here. Seriously. 90? I'll sit in my room until it goes below 70 thank you very much. Well, apart from football saturday.
I went to the game vs. Utah last Saturday. I thought Utah might win. Michigan's comeback was nice. For the first half, I was in the general admission area with all the squares who sit down the whole time. And in the full sun. For the second half, I bought a ticket off some drunk student who was going home early for $2. The student section was sweet. Imagine if the whole stadium was like the student section... I guess that's what college football is like in the south.
My season ticket is not in the student section. After the first game I realised this sucked. So I've gone about buying student section tickets for the remaining games. I've so far got Miami OH ($26), Illinois & Toledo ($90 combined) and Northwestern ($1!). Face value for a student ticket is $26.50, so I've slightly overpaid, but that's ok - I'm only here once. I've got a spare ticket to those games that I can get validated for non-students for like $28, so if anyone here wants one...
I think we should beat Miami this Saturday. They're pretty bad. And Michigan aren't quite so bad?

Well it appears this team has some life in them after all. The first half of that game was about the worst football I have ever seen in my life from one team. Juts glad that they turned it up about 100x at the end and showed that this system may acutally have some use for the future of Michigan football. It will still be a rough year, but at least it is one game to be proud of.
Can't wait until he has the right players for the system recruited and starting for us in the next year or two.
